Controllers interested in providing UIR ATC in Europe must:

• Hold a permanent VATSIM Senior Controller rating (Level 7) or above, and
• Be a member from one of VATSIM Europe Region's three Divisions

Pleae note:

A "Visiting Controller" is a member belonging to another VATEUR VACC, who in addition joins EUC VACC. According to VATEUD's policy, you are still free to operate within your own VACC, even with a "Visiting Controller" status in another VACC.
